Abstract The article reveals one of the aspects of the development of the territories adjacent to the stations of the Moscow Central Circle (MCC) ‑ their integration into the whole urban fabric by improving transport accessibility. Special attention is paid to the problem of integration of transfers from the MCC to other modes of transportation and ways to solve it. Proposed the concept of "alternative framework" for public transport of Moscow, relieving the subway in suitable cases. Based on European and World practices the unique principles of arrangement of transfers from the MCC to the rest of urban transport have been developed: the principle of sustainable mobility, priority shift of transfers, of alternative transportation framework. The principles are embodied in specific models: as for all stations of the ring in general, and separately and more detailed for each type.
