PRICE DIFFERENTIATION OF LAND LOTS IN LOW-RISE SUBURB TERRITORIES BASED ON THE QUALIMETRY ASSESSMENT OF LOCATION QUALITY

Abstract

The article deals with the technics differentiated assessment of land in cottage suburbs, allowing to rank the costs for various target groups, depending on individual qualities of location: provisions in the structure of the settlement, availability of recreation and community resources, relations with its neighbors and other qualities. Estimation algorithm is illustrated and discussed in detail on example of a specific project solution. The method can be used by developers to market analysis projects of cottage suburbs to correct positioning and differential pricing.
