Article	HOUSING IN THE MODERN CONDITIONS OF SOCIAL REALITIES

Abstract	In the process of reforming in Russia we had a society stratification by an economic sign (property status), having divided it on deprived (poor), needy, provided, rich and superrich. After that the housing was divided to social and commercial – elite, economic and business. It defines its forms, placing in a city, the areas and amount of rooms in apartments. The special place in development of modern housing is occupied with valuable orientations and a families’ way of life (pro-labor, family-householding, cultural and is prestigious-smart).
