Article DOMESTIC AND FOREIGN HOUSING TYPOLOGY FOR LOW-PROVIDED POPULATION

Abstract The article is devoted to the domestic and foreign experience in the development of the typology of affordable housing, as well as its architectural and planning features. The problem of affordable housing has been relevant for a long time, it was solved in each country in its own way, architects and designers create unique architectural objects that solve a number of problems and tasks in a particular territory. Social housing involves not only providing people with living space, but also creating the infrastructure and social facilities necessary for a decent living. The current housing system creates new social programs that provide vulnerable social groups with everything they need: education, work, and health care. Based on the results of the study of the layout of objects, the main types of social housing are identified, depending on who this housing is intended for.
