Abstract

Cultural and education activity, saving traditions and foundations of family and society, retention and recreation destroyed shrines are the most important conditions for conservation peace and good condition of the society. The creation of cultural-educational centers is proposed for development an educational activity in destroyed cities of Syria. These centers include schools for training various arts and preparing future specialists to work in art and education. A conception of creation cultural and education centers was proposed. And as an example we can take a school for girls, which is supposed to be built on a square not far from a monument of architecture – the Omeayads’ mosque, also a project of landscaping a merchant territory and social spaces of the old town part. This project will preserve distinctive national culture will have a positive impact on the development of universal cultural traditions. And the most advanced technologies in the construction and operation of buildings, use of alternative energy sources and advanced programs in education will create in the Syrian capital, cultural and educational center of high professional level.
