Article TYPOLOGY AND ARCHITECTURE OF THE MODERN COUNTRY ESTATE

Abstract The article is about the possible ways of creating the contemporary suburban estate as an architectural ensemble in nature following the principles of rational land use, energy conservation and ecological approach. The contemporary estate typology in terms of balance of recreational and production function is proposed. Author notes the possibility to see the estate as a waste-free energy - biological complex.
