AbstractThe study of public spaces structure and modern urban planning theories offers the opportunity for the new “scenario” approach to urban environment design, closely related to the natural environment, aimed at forming a landscape scenario of urban public spaces in small citeies. The landscape scenario is based on 12 genres of theatrical performances: The Theater of Thirsty Comedians, Plastic Theater, Street Theater, Chamber Theater, Miniature Theater, Mystery of Nature, Organic Theater, Epic Theater, Theater of the Absurd, Acoustic Theater, Theater on the water. The authors formulated a new term – Eco-dramaterapeutic theater. The article considers examples of the landscape scenario implementation in various projects of the landscape organization of urban public spaces at different urban planning levels.
Keywords: landscape scenario, small towns, urbanism, genres of theatrical art, greening the environment, social interactions, natural framework, built environment, recreational potential
