Article COMFORT MARKERS IN A TYPICAL SECTOR OF APARTMENT HOUSING ON THE EXAMPLE OF COMRAT (MOLDOVA)

Abstract The specificity of housing, considered as an economic benefit of long-term use, which makes the problem of housing comfort very urgent. The study of the consumer properties of apartments in the mass development sector of Moldova can only be carried out on the basis of the POE concept – post-occupancy evaluation, which is effectively used in foreign practice and provides reliable information about the quality of construction and the comfort of the living environment of an apartment building. The article presents the results of a sociological study of the needs of the population of Comrat in improving living conditions. The author identified the main markers of comfort in a typical segment of an apartment building.
