Article	SOVIET MODERNISM ERA PROVINCIAL AIR TERMINALS WITH THE ATTRACTIVE PLACES STATUS

Abstract	The article is devoted to the problems of the loss of such unique objects of industrial heritage as provincial airport terminals built between 1956 and the end of the 1970s. An attempt is made, based on the motivation for awarding the Pritzker Prize in 2021 to architects engaged in the reconstruction and adaptation of similar objects, to consider airport terminals as vivid examples of buildings of the era of Soviet modernism and to analyze the prospects and possibilities of their museification in the case of assigning them the status of a landmark places. As examples, the buildings of the airports of Magadan, Komsomolsk-on-Amur and the village of Lopshenga in the Arkhangelsk region were considered.
