Article	SHORT-TERM BUILDINGS LIFE CYCLE IN THE DESIGN-ARCHITECTURE PARADIGM

Abstract	A new trend of a noticeable reduction of the architectural objects lifetime appears in modern architectural process. There is a total updating of the image of the surrounding spatial environment. At the locations of old buildings, the new ones appears, which turns into a design environment – the world of things. Similar to means of transport, household appliances, electronic products and other consumer goods, architecture is involved into a constant process of substitution and renewal, designing for new functions and aesthetic styles and trends.
