Authors

E. Mashchenko, Moscow Institute of Architecture (State Academy), Moscow, Russia

Abstract The article propose to create a reconstruction project principle in a historic hotel, based on a standard premises with the minimum allowable size and on their combinatorics development, which results in an ideal model. Utility rooms analysis is carried out to identify the potential for increasing the net floor space. It is proposed to create a number of immutable blocks with minimal dimensions, which includes bathroom, bedroom, hallway and dressing room. The sizes of these blocks are determined due to ergonomics and modern standards for designing high-class hotels. Depth and linear combinatorics types of these blocks form the basis of an ideal number models for various design steps.
