Abstract

Foreign specialists’ research works of the problems of educational space changes in connection with the transition of society to the information age. The factors influencing the state educational systems as well as the new functions of the educational space had analyzed. Some formation characteristics of education systems based on the characteristics of culture had shown. The stages of the process of development of the educational environment under the influence of information technology means had indicated, and besides the issues of interaction between technologies and people had accentuated.
