Article INTEGRATION OF THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT BY CREATING «MULTIFUNCTIONAL LINEAR OBJECTS ON THE BASIS OF THE ROAD NETWORK»

Abstract Discusses the problem of destruction of the integrity of the urban environment runs the highspeed roads and rights-of-way of trunk utilities. Analyzes the contents of "role conflict" functional uses of urban communication spaces. The typology of the urban development situations in the formation of the communication frame highly urbanized areas.

Among others linear and nodal elements of the main communication framework are selected that can be used as a special multifunctional urban complexes, providing social and spatial integrity of the urban environment. The classification and structural models of architecturalplanning decisions of such objects was worked out. The economic, social and urban efficiency of "ecycling" in town planning usage of spatial resources of communication frame main elements in urbanized areas is substantiated.
