Abstract The article is devoted to scientific and reasonable principles and methods of architectural and spatial organization of modern mining and recreational complex, aimed at creating favourable conditions for active recreation and contributing to the unique beauty of the mountain landscape. Recommendations on spatial organization of mining and recreational structures and methods of their design, such as a necessary stage in the transition from the deployment of individual volumes to complete, three-dimensional compositions, the use of large urban scale, appropriate to the scale of the environment.
