Article THE MODERN USE OF COUNTRY SEATS: EXPERTISES

Abstract Article summarizes and organizes the experience of the modern use of old country seats, which are the objects of cultural heritage. Examines the state of affairs in England, France, Italy and Russia. The author comes to a number of conclusions: the West European experience surpasses the Russian experience primarily active use of country seats; in Western Europe at the forefront of cultural significance is always worth country seats, their historical appearance does not change, and the new functions are implemented in the old forms; most successful in Western Europe is the existence of country seats with multifunctional use; virtually all use Western country seats applicable in Russia; most important for Russia is the experience of England.
