| Abstract |
This article proposes an allocation of existing urban situations in the city center on three main types, based on the characteristics of the density of existing buildings, the size of free space for the design, the availability of existing landscaping and recreational use areas, saturation public functions etc.
The article analyzes the influence on the formation of new urban housing conditions in each of the situations and their features. Also are displaying the most typical types of housing designed in all situations. The main problematic aspects of design of new housing in various urban situations the city center, the main of which are: limited land area under design, the need to ensure health and urban planning regulations.
