| Abstract |
In article are described the factors influencing architectural and planning decisions of parkings in housing estates. Design of garage includes the following factors: town-planning, economic, functional and ecological. All of these factors promotes a choice type of garage. According to the chosen type of garage changes the space-planning of a housing estate. Modern technologies in construction, cars development allows to place garages in structure of housing estates.
