Article THE FACTORS INFLUENCING ARCHITECTURAL AND PLANNING DECISIONS OF PARKINGS IN HOUSING ESTATES

Abstract In article are described the factors influencing architectural and planning decisions of parkings in housing estates. Design of garage includes the following factors: town-planning, economic, functional and ecological. All of these factors promotes a choice type of garage. According to the chosen type of garage changes the space-planning of a housing estate. Modern technologies in construction, cars development allows to place garages in structure of housing estates.
