Abstract	Practical solutions availability in the architectural formation of residential areas for all groups, including the disabled, the elderly, families with children, can be realized only at the complex solution of these problems, at the level of designing a of social service institutions, resettlement (temporary and permanent), the availability of communication structures at all levels of urban planning: for the city, for municipalities, residential zones.
