| Abstract |
Today it is obvious that the dynamics of urban communities consists of number of it's different interactions of central, middle and remote elements, and also different types that have urban, regional and other differences. It is urban communities that can monitor it's dynamics. Therefore the role of analysis of scientific knowledge becomes more important in the overall extent of urban responsibility. In this context the urbanological research becomes a part of a process of understanding the urban politics as a ethnocivilizational field in general. At the same time the opposition between the directionality of urban process logic on the one hand, and the aims of activity commercialization, that are followed by the administration of urban communities, on the other hand, becomes more notable. In this regard, the attempts to subordinate the urban development to commercial benefits are essentially the slowdown of the onward urban movement.
