Abstract |
The integration of environmental and social issues is a necessary condition for improving the
quality of life. The methods used in domestic and foreign systems of voluntary environmental
certification are analyzed in this article. The author considers a complex of indicators of the
ecological compliance which has been switched on in ratings of «green» standards, from positions
of the philosophical category «justice». The new approach to systematization of properties which
are subject to an assessment is offered. The high social efficiency of architectural solutions of the
buildings with improved environmental characteristics is demonstrating on the examples of objects
that have received certificates from the most authoritative ranking systems (LEED, BREEAM).
