Article THE PLANNING OF USING THE GROUND FLOOR OF FIVE-STOREY BUILDINGS DURING COMPLEX RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE LIVING TERRITORIES

Abstract Spatial development of five-storey buildings during complex reconstruction requires the assessment of the territory opportunities, increasing the efficiency of the territory usage, the improvement of quality of residential environment and, as a result, needs in terms of resources justification. In the article the ground floors of five-storey buildings are considered as the potential territory resource, the usage of that meets defined requirements. Listed in the article results of research aimed at justification forecasting of the spatial development of five-storey buildings and planning of using ground floors as the territory resource.
