| Abstract |
The article is focused on the dynamics inherent to spatial distribution of new real estate objects as the set of small scale impacts within the consequent process of the urban fabric renewal.
Several options of possible interdependence between characteristics of urban redevelopment and urban form of the city is formulated on the grounds of the developed theoretical models. The valid option is planned to be found as a result of the study which is under development and is a basis for given paper. The study is supported by Russian Fund for Basic Research. |
