Article	A TIPOLOGICAL VARIETY OF DACHA SETTLEMENTS AS A FACTOR OF FORMATION OF STRUCTURE OF A RESIDENTAL SUBURB

Abstract	Offered article is devoted to the dacha dwellings as to the important element of structure of a residential suburb. The author offers the typological scheme covering the basic types of dacha dwellings. Their specificity and value for formation of structure of a residential suburb is considered. A theme appears to be actual, as the Dacha dwellings theme is quite poorly explored and requires further studying. The works of the authors related to the Dacha dwellings research at different stages of its development are put in this article’s basis.
