Abstract The application of Building Informational Modeling for Restoration Design open new possibilities of virtual experiments, but need a creation of new special methods of computer modeling for Architectural Monuments. We formulate some features of using BIM in modeling of Architectural Monuments in this article. All illustrations show the using of Building Informational Modeling for Architectural Monuments of XIX century in Novosibirsk.
