Article ADVICE ON THE APPLICATION OF AUTOMATED SYSTEMS IN LOW-RISE RESIDENTIAL ENERGY EFFICIENT BUILDINGS FOR CITIES IN VIETNAM

Abstract Today in the world adoption of automated control systems using electronic technology in homes is becoming urgent ("Smart Home" or "Smart House"). Automation of home devices provides two main functions - monitoring and regulating. For increasing efficiency and optimizing the control, home devices can be combined into one system. Communication between devices can establish by wireless means or jointly in the existing system of power supply at home. In Vietnamese hot climates, automation control is recommended for the operation of shading devices, management of natural lighting and natural ventilation, cooling hot surfaces by water in summer and watering houseplants.
