Article THE RENOVATION OF THE HISTORICAL PART OFF THE SMALL TOWN OF SAKI ACCORDING TO THE SCRIPT BASED ON LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL PRINCIPLES

AbstractMore sharply than it was before the problem of the renovation of the small towns of Russian Federation is rising now. The professionals in the urban planning and the architects are looking for the possibilities to solve different aspects of this problem. The city of Saki is one of small towns of the Crimean peninsula and the purpose of the renovation of this town is supposed to be achieved in the nearest future because of the grate value of traditions of the medicine in these town and due to the foundation of touristic abilities. Federal Target program of the Development of the Republic of Crimea for the perspective up to the year 2022 now is in the stage of execution. The article is devoted to the discovering the method of architectural and landscape reconstruction of the historical central open spaces of the city of Saki. Analysis of the deep historical basic routes of foundation of the urban construction of the town center and the modern circumstances for the city plan development gives opportunity to form a script of the architectural and landscape project. Authors represents the methodology of the renovation of the pedestrian center of the city of Saki with the use of small architectural forms completed with the specific landscape component typical to the native nature of Saki. The practical value of the research is included in the possibilities of using architectural and landscape methodology for modernization of open spaces of all small towns where the common problem is exist.
