ArticleDESTRUCTURIZATION PHANTOMS WITHIN A SYSTEM OF URBAN DEVELOPMENT PLANNING

Abstract Conformity of the urban planning system to the nature and level of the tasks complexity is the most important provision for ensuring the progress within harmonious socio-economic development of cities and regions. The ongoing changes in nature and society require adequate adjustments to be implemented in the urban planning system. While this does not happen, planning could not fulfill its main mission - the creation of the prosperous and harmonious living environment. In order to this mission to be performed, the urban planning analysis must investigate the factors of the planning system restructuration, interpreting them in the context of the search for a way to good urban management of spatial development.
