Article	PROTECTION PROVISIONS OF SMALL HISTORICAL TOWNS PUBLIC AREAS

Abstract	Common areas – streets, squares and other open to the public unbuilt space of the city. Today, they are not subject to regulations on the preservation of cultural heritage. The article shows the fallacy of such a norm, reveals some aspects of the value of such areas in small towns.
