AbstractThe article discusses a new emerging nowadays network cloud way of organizing design and construction processes in housing. The emergence in housing sphere, a new methodology and ideas, reflecting the complex, widespread changes in society, production, which is an essential part of the «new economy» is highlighted(outlined). A detailed analysis of emerging examples: housing «platforms», practices of cooperation, structures is investigated. Strategies for organizing the activities of specialists in them are analyzed. Revealed their features, advantages & disadvantages.
