Article	LIGHT URBANISM IN THE ART OF ROGER NARBONI

Abstract	The author's analysis of the world-famous French lighting designer Roger Narboni's art experience in the field of light urbanism is offered. The features of his methodology in the development of a city's lighting master plan, poorly relied on some basic urbanism principles, are discussed. Many general humanitarian and social concepts, given in the published materials on lighting master plan for different cities in the world are positively estimated.
