Article PREREQUISITES OF FORMATION OF THE AERO POLICY IN THE TERRITORY OF THE ROSTOV AGGLOMERATION AND HIS FUNCTIONAL AND SPATIAL ORGANIZATION

Abstract The conditions and prerequisites influencing formation of aero policies in world practice and in the territory of the Rostov agglomeration are considered: a multimodality, the developed air hub hub, existence of logistic infrastructure, the developed system of resettlement. And also advantages of development of Aeropolis near the new airport complex of Rostov-on-Don Platov. The comparative analysis of the functional and spatial structural organization of foreign and domestic regional aero policies with determination of functional and spatial structure and the main types of zoning of Aeropolis Platov including zones of public and business building, inhabited, industrial and trade and logistic complexes, multipurpose commercial use, recreational appointment is carried out.
