Article LEGISLATIVE SUPPORT OF LONG-TERM RENT CLASS "0" ECONOMY HOTELS IMPLANTATION INTO THE STRUCTURE OF HOUSING ESTATE

Abstract In article housing condition of the Russian Federation population are investigated, related to possibility of purchase and rent of housing. The necessity of affordable and qualitative temporary accommodation is considered. The necessity of economy class "0" hotels introduction in the form of new construction and as a part of building is proved. The concept of economy class "0" hotels introduction is compared with the project of long-term rent of housing. The possibility of hotels introduction in structural arrangement of the building at revision of legal status of hotels is investigated.
