Abstract The paper considers the content, imagery and planning features of the design of a number of memorial and museum complexes (MMK) that have become the embodiment of the visible appearance of regions and countries. In the previous article of this series the characteristics of the appearance of the first memorials of the XIX-XX century were given. This part deals with the objects built since the end of the Second World War both in the traditional school and their innovative incarnations of the last decades
