ArticleTOWN PLANNING REGULATIONS, ENVIRONMENTAL CODES AND CRITERIA FOR THE QUALITY OF URBAN SPACE
Authors E.I. Petrovskaya, Moscow Institute of Architecture (State Academy), Moscow, Russia
Abstract

The article deals with the formation of space-spatial regulations for local urban areas. Methods for creating a design code and a three-dimensional F-code (code based on the form, rather than the type of use of the territory) and probable possibilities of their application in Russian town-planning and training practice are considered. The author proposes a three-level systematization of qualitative parameters of urban architectural space according to psycho-emotional levels of human perception of the surrounding reality and a table that allows to identify and take into account these design parameters corresponding to the levels of perception.

Keywords:

space-spatial regulations, smart-Cod, design-code, spatial F-code; qualitative parameters of urban space; psycho-emotional perception
