Abstract
A valuable historical image of small town formed by monuments of architecture, as well as private historical buildings. This ordinary building gradually disappears, it is necessary to search for compensation of losses. The article demonstrates the importance of this building typology, the possibilities of fixing her role in “the subject of protection” of historical settlements.
