THE EVOLUTION OF IRANIAN MOSQUE ARCHITECTURE (VII-XVIII centuries)

Abstract

In article was considered the evolution of Iranian mosque architecture. Was proposed the architectural periods, which reflects the peculiarities of forming the Iranian mosques of each period. Was demonstrated the role of the Iranian architectural traditions in forming of Islam schools in different countries.
