ARCHITECTURAL AND PLANNING ORGANIZATION FEATURES OF INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES IN THE CONTEMPORARY URBAN STRUCTURES

Abstract
The article describes the fundamental issues of industrial buildings design in the contemporary urban environment. In the article is noted the expediency of the development in the urban environment such types of enterprises as light and food industries, knowledge-intensive industries and industries that use urban accommodation for marketing purposes. Identify the common architectural planning particularities for these types of industry are identified (flexibility, multi-functionality, environmental friendliness). Author determines the effective methods of the building structure flexibility increasing, the possibilities of the organizing the industry as a part of the city multipurpose spaces and architectural techniques of industries facilities greening.
