ADAPTABILITY TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATION IN THE URBAN ENVIRONMENT AND THE PROSPECTS OF CULTURE EVALUATION DESIGN

Abstract

Research on aspects of development and improvement of competencies of design culture in the framework of adaptive environment. Examples of innovative approaches to the adaptation of the environment to human needs demonstrate key qualities such as versatility and hybridity. The article describes two promising vector for the development of adaptability in the urban environment: transformation of organizational and technical factors of create an environment in the novelty of the environmental conditions and a fundamentally new form of environmental systems.
