ELEMENTS OF THE ART-DESIGN IN SHAPING THE SPATIAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE CITY IN RUSSIA OF THE 1920s – EARLY 1930s

The article is devoted to analysis of peculiarities of forming the subject-spatial environment of the city in Russia of the 1920s-1930s propaganda art Seen through the prism of the problems of morphogenesis. Stands stylistic, artistic, constructive and functional aspects. Emphasis is placed on the study of design and artistic activities. Discusses the concept of the art design, its elements and role in the promotional art. Attempted a new interpretation of well-known material characterizing the activity of a number of art associations and organizations of that time, in which the formation of the design as part of the culture.
