REPUTATION FACTOR IN THE ECONOMY OF ARCHITECTURAL AND TOWN PLANNING BUSINESS

Abstract

The article considers the issues of influence of the architect on the efficiency of design decisions and the values of this factor for its image and competitiveness in ñurrent crisis times. More detail the embodiment in the world economic practice implementation of successful development of town-planning projects on the basis of combining creative reputation capabilities of different specialists, including architects and urban planners. This process is reflected in the establishment of investment-attractive image of the city and territory. Successful management at correct long-term strategy and an information network has yielded practical results in obtaining economic and social effects in many cities around the world.
