Article	RECONSTRUCTION OF THE OF EARLY 20TH CENTURY INDUSTRIAL ARCHITECTURE OF ST. PETERSBURG: CASE SYUDY OF “BAVARIA” BREWERY - POTENTIAL OF UNUSED AREA AND ADAPTATION APPROACHES

Abstract	The article is devoted to the very actual issue: reconstruction of industrial zones of St. Petersburg. Special attention is paid to abandoned brick architectural monuments of the early XXth century. International experience of reconstruction of nonfunctioning plants and factories is considered from the pioint of virw of stylistic research. Author attampted to formulate most recent adaptation approaches. The renovation project of the «Bavaria» brewery area on Petrovsky Island was considered for this case study.
