Article	URBAN PLANNING TYPOLOGICAL RANKING SCORE OF A SETTLEMENT IN A RURAL NON-BLACK AREA OF RUSSIA

Abstract	The article presents an algorithm of estimated determination and description of developmental features of separate settlements (in the conditions of Russia’s Non- Black Area), as nowadays one of the principles of the state policy is a differentiated approach to rural area development. Rating can be an index taking into account peculiarities of the spatial countryside arrangement. Typology is used for the purpose of comparative studying the essential features of object organization. Trial design projection drawing on mathematical formulas can be the basis of social and economic passport of a rural residential area. The proposed methodology will enable to effectively distribute budgetary investments, directing them for the reduction of interregional and intraregional differentiation in the level and quality of rural population lifestyle.
