Article APARTMENTS REDEVELOPED INTO RELEVANT SOCIAL NEEDS OF FAMILIES

Abstract The relevance of the theme is determined by the increasing trend of redevelopment and renovation of apartments in new and existing housing stock. The basis for this are the changing requirements of families to his home. The article presents a list of the social needs of families and their values, shows the evolution of lifestyles. The possibilities and the general thrust of redevelopment of apartments in large-panel houses of different series, including the "Khrushchev". It is shown that the new building, with an open-plan apartments and create the greatest opportunity in the variant of the organization of space. What are some examples of alterations apartments in accordance with the requirements of the customer family.
