Article INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN ARCHITECTURAL AND URBAN PLANNING FORMATION OF LIVING ENVIRONMENT
Authors G. Esaulov, Moscow Institute of Architecture (State Academy), Moscow, Russia
Abstract Problems of formation of a favorable living environment conforming with all the contemporary ideas of a sustainable social and economic development, comfort, and security are solved on all levels of the country’s spatial organization. The development of “smart” systems based on information technologies (IT) significantly changed the traditional human living environment. The stages of their development are represented by the terms “smart house” and “smart city”. The realization of a “smart” settling system seems to be a logical continuation of the hierarchy of introduction of IT into the settling system on different levels. The creation of dynamic models, which are based on the multifactor calculation of life parameters of all systems, becomes an important task for the contemporary urban planning theory and practice developing into manifold urbanism.
Keywords: smart house, smart city, smart settling system, information technologies, architectural and urban planning formation
