Article	PRINCIPLES OF FORMING OF ARCHITECTURAL ENVIRONMENT OF RUSSIAN ARCTIC SEA PORTS ON THE BASE OF SOCIAL UTOPIAS OF TOMAS MOR AND TOMMASO CAMPANELLA

Abstract	The article is concerned with the possibilities of using key points of social utopias in projecting living and social environment of Russian arctic sea ports. As the base were taken – “Utopia” by Tomas Mor and “The city of the Sun” written by Tommaso Campanella. Three main aspects are been developed: interaction between the person and the society, between the person and the nature and person’s freedom. The article presents the possible models of social utopias ideas implementation as the principles of the formation of the architectural environment of Russian arctic sea ports. Models are implementing or a common ideological character, or a specific, project character.
