Article	FUTURES CONCEPT OF THE 20TH CENTURY AS AN INNOVATIVE FORECAST

Abstract	This article examines current issues and trends in futurology design of the last century as alternative relative to traditional housing. Reviewed the operating scope of architecture, which is positioned as a system of artificial habitats under the influence of an innovation revolution. Considered foreign experience of design and architecture development tendencies are revealed, affecting in antropocentric, technocratic and biotektonic concepts of utopian design.
