Article	URBAN PLANNING TYPOLOGICAL RANKING SCORE OF RURAL NON-BLACK EARTH AREA SETTLEMENT

Abstract	According to the concept of sustainable development of rural territories in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2020 it is necessary «to strengthen the scientific and methodological support of rural development management at the federal, regional and local levels». For this purpose the development of new theoretical orientation in ranking urban planning stability of rural settlement is needed, with estimated determination and description of specific locality development features (for non-black earth area conditions in Russia). This paper proposes an algorithm for calculating the ranking score of urban planning sustainability of rural settlement systems, which is intended for practical application in project activities.
