Article THE HERITAGE OF THE ART-NOUVEAU STYLE IN CHINESE TOWNS

Abstract In article was considered the architecture of European and Russian Art-nouveau in Chinese towns, marked the main centers of spreading Art-nouveau, were analyzed the causes of the Art-nouveau appearance in China and role the Russian and European architecture of Art-nouveau. Were marked the differences between objects of Russian and European architects in China’s towns. Were substantiated the term “Oriental Art-nouveau” in the architecture of China’s towns, marked of it originality and differences from European Art-nouveau. The main attention was speared to the Art-nouveàu of the German colony Tsingtao.
