Abstract	The article discusses the functional planning a multi-storey parking garages in the big cities. With the service station they are called - a garage and garage complex, and without the service station − car parking and parking garages. Identify the purpose and functional relationships zones and groups of rooms that should be included in the structure of a particular type of multi-storey parking garages. Such as: administrative, engineering, household, daily maintenance, inspection and repair of cars. With no buildings will be dependent on the multi-storey parking garages design assignment, accommodation in the city structure, functionality, capacity, length of storage and the level of car. The greater the capacity, the duration of storage of aircraft and functionality, the more space of multi-storey parking garages combines the more complex and functional connection between with each other.
