| Abstract |
Considerable questions of the architectural design can not be solved disregarding principles of architectural gerontology, which take into account adapting the environment to live activity of the people on all of the temporary ageing stages – both, of separate person, and typical social groups. In this connection, paramount importance gain the main demographic parameters. In the work, given characteristics to demographic factors and marked ways of their use in solving the gerontological problems.
